Introduction
Welcome to the TzaadPlus website (the "Site").
Please read these terms carefully. Use of the Site, including purchasing products and/or services, constitutes full agreement to all the terms set out below.
These terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply to all genders.
The Site serves as an online store for purchasing products, and includes content, design, trademarks, commerce systems, algorithms, and any other service provided through it. All Site content is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Copying, duplicating, distributing, publishing, or making any use of the Site's content without prior written approval from the Site owners is prohibited.
General Terms of Use
Use of the Site is permitted only for those aged 18 and over, holding an Israeli ID and a valid credit card issued in Israel.
Users are responsible for keeping their username and password confidential.
Using another user's login credentials is prohibited.
Site management may change these terms from time to time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
Liability & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided AS IS. Site management is not responsible for technical malfunctions, communication disruptions, server outages, hacks, intrusion attempts, viruses, or any damage resulting from use of the Site.
The user waives in advance any claim, demand, or lawsuit against Site management, its employees, suppliers, or partners.
Site Information & Content
The information displayed on the Site, including product descriptions, images, and specifications, is based on information from manufacturers and suppliers. Inaccuracies, typographical errors, or changes may occur.
Images on the Site are for illustration purposes only, and differences may exist between the image and the actual product.
The content on the Site does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation. Before using any product, read the instructions and consult a qualified professional if needed.
Prices & Payments
Prices on the Site include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Site management may change prices at any time; the binding price is the price at the time the order is confirmed.
Credit card details are not stored in the Site's systems.
Placing an Order
When placing an order, the user must provide full, accurate, and up-to-date details, including:
Full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent. An order is considered confirmed only after approval is received from the credit card company.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days.
Custom-made or engraved products: 3–15 business days.
Orders from international suppliers: up to 35 business days.
Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, or holidays.
Delays beyond the Site's control may occur (courier companies, Israel Post, customs, etc.).
Cancellations & Returns
Defective or Incorrect Product
If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, please contact customer service within 5 business days of receiving the product.
Order Cancellation
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law:
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and fully intact.
Cancellation fee: 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 – whichever is lower.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Products
Custom-made / engraved products.
Products that have been used.
Products marked on the Site as non-returnable.
Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, after the product is received and inspected, within up to 7 business days.
Mailing & Marketing
By placing an order, the user agrees to receive service messages and updates.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting customer service.
Privacy
The Site operates in accordance with the TzaadPlus privacy policy. User details will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
