Exchanging an Item
If you purchased an item and would like to exchange it, exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt only.

Once you contact us, we will guide you on how to send the item to our offices by registered mail only.

The cost of shipping the item to our offices is borne by the customer.
If you wish to exchange the item for another item from the site, return shipping will be calculated according to the shipping table and will be at the customer's expense.

Defective Item
If the item you received is defective or faulty, do not use it.
Please contact us immediately, and we will get back to you to resolve the issue.

Refunds
